Amazon Tips: Boost Amazon Posts into Sponsored Brand Ads

Amazon’s recent launch offers brands a new option for maximizing their impact on the platform. Brands can boost Amazon “Posts” through Sponsored Brand (SB) or Sponsored Brand Video (SBV) ads, bringing your content directly into in-grid search results—right where purchase decisions are made. 

Amazon Posts is a feature that allows vendors to create and share shoppable, brand-curated content in a browsing and discovery format, similar to a social media feed. The tool is designed to enhance the shopping experience by integrating it with the customers' journey on Amazon. When brand followers and prospective customers interact with these posts, they are directly taken to the product detail page (PDP). 

Posts are a free tactic provided by the platform and an opportunity for brands to engage directly with their followers without incurring additional costs. 

The new boost feature can be accessed through the Posts manager in the advertising console.  When advertisers select to "boost a live post" they’ll be directed to the Sponsored Brands campaign builder, where they can review their settings and publish the campaign.
