Darcy Ramler is a dynamic leader with numerous accomplishments across several industries. Her leadership credentials are underscored by productive and profitable tenures at prominent direct-to-consumer apparel brands and private labels for industry giants such as Walmart, Target, Macys, and Nordstrom. Ramler is instrumental in shaping and executing the overall vision of BOLD.

Allan Peretz, Founder & Executive Chairman

Allan is a trailblazer who learned his craft while leading a range of brands, including Gillette, Old Spice, Samsung, and SK-II. Allan founded BOLD to address the challenges of multi-retail eCommerce in Consumer Packaged Goods and Food. He transitioned from CEO in 2024.  As Executive Chairman, Allan works closely with BOLD's CEO on the company's long-term vision, strategy, and innovation priorities.

Karla White, Sr. Director, Team Operations

As one of BOLD’s original team members, Karla brings extensive team building, project management, accounting, and human resources capability. She leads the company’s recruiting, training, and core people processes. Before BOLD, Karla led HR for Advantage Solutions.

Cassie Wenger, Executive Creative Director

Cassie leads the team behind the websites, product pages, and ad campaigns we build for our clients. She has years of experience leading creative teams at creative, digital, and shopper agencies, delivering for big brands, including Mars Foods, Kraft Heinz, GSK, Sam's Club, and Walmart.
